Palm Heart Discada
At the end of this previous post I told about getting a piece of palm heart. We finally had time to stir fry some with chicken, mushrooms and spices – it was delicious! Here is a photo of it in our “discada” (a plow disc turned into a huge outdoor wok). If you ever get the chance to try some I would encourage you to do so!
